CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Each lithophane is individually manufactured from a customer-submitted photograph. Because 3D-printed lithophanes reproduce images through variations in material thickness and transmitted light, the finished product may differ in appearance from the original digital photograph.
Minor variations in dimensions, surface texture, color, layer appearance, and other characteristics are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily defects.
IMAGE RIGHTS
By submitting a photograph or other content, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary permission or legal right to use it for the creation of the personalized product.
Submission of an image does not transfer ownership of that image to LithophaneCO.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if submitted content is unlawful, infringes intellectual property or other legal rights, or cannot reasonably be manufactured.
PRODUCT USE
Our lithophanes are decorative products. Unless specifically stated otherwise, lighting equipment, frames, stands, or other accessories shown in product photography are not included.
Lithophanes should be kept away from open flames, excessive heat, and other conditions that could damage thermoplastic material.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the LithophaneCO name, branding, website content, product photographs, graphics, designs, and original written content are owned by or licensed to LithophaneCO and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use third-party services for payment processing, ecommerce hosting, shipping, order fulfillment, personalization, and other business functions. Use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
LIMITATION
Nothing in this notice, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, or other store policies is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
